Spring Hill Residence was selected as the Seattle Times/AIA Home of the Month and was featured in the Pacific Northwest Magazine. Spring Hill was Awarded Best Custom Residence by the Master Builders Association.

The Spring Hill Residence was built by Chris Coddington and landscaped by talented designer Sue Moss. The extensive gardens were photographed by Barry Wong for The Seattle Times Pacific Magazine.

Designed and built as a speculative house, the Spring Hill Residence includes 4,300 square feet of living area and a detached garage and upper-level unit located in the West of Market area of Kirkland. The custom-level two-story house was complemented by a full detached “mother-in-law/office” and the two structures used to create varied, verdant courtyards and greenspaces.

Learn how courtyard homes like Spring Hill emphasize the health, wellness, comfort, and the social community of the occupants.
