ulissa Quezada Rosales, Architectural Associate at Rhodes Architecture + Light, has joined the NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects) NW Board as the Professional Development Chair.

We are happy to announce that our own Julissa Quezada Rosales, Architectural Associate at Rhodes Architecture + Light, has joined the NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects) NW Board as the Professional Development Chair.

NOMA NW is an organization that advocates for greater cultural diversity and equity within the design industry. The NW Chapter provides a platform where professional Black, Indigenous, People of Color and Allies can work together to affect change within the workplace as well as within schools and communities throughout Seattle and Pacific Northwest. The organization’s goals are to empower its members to thrive and grow through professional and community based initiatives.

The goal of the Professional Development Chair is to provide members with opportunities to further develop their careers through continuing education, mentorship, testing and certification support. Julissa is excited to help cultivate a new program for the organization and provide a diverse group of professionals with support for a healthy career growth.
