The Magnolia Boulevard Residence is a 3,250 square foot house located on a triangular site in a northwest Seattle neighborhood.

The house was designed and built for a master builder and his family and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large family room which opens onto a private southern courtyard and koi pond.

The house is expressed in mahogany, limestone exterior panels and tile, Venetian plaster, and stone medallions; the owner-builder specialized in stone and expressed his craft in the home. The heart of this house is a two-story central atrium and stair flooded with natural light from a large central skylight; the atrium connects all parts of the house and is spanned by a bridge at the second level.

The Magnolia Boulevard Residence was built in by Collins Construction, selected as an AIA/Seattle Times Home of the Month and published in Pacific Northwest Magazine.
